About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Bank Staff Nurse at Barchester Healthcare. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents.
As a Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care that meets the needs of residents
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- NMC registration
- Good knowledge of current clinical practices
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
