About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Management Team, you will oversee the smooth operation of our venues, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience.
You will be responsible for leading our Team Members, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your leadership skills, combined with your passion for hospitality and people, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our venues, including staff supervision and customer service delivery;
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction;
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security within the venue;
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless operational processes;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other operational software.
