Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Drink Operational Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profit growth through excellent service standards, speed, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor food and drink sales and service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions with our Regional Support Managers and centre management teams.
  • Champion consistent delivery of good product quality, improvement of speed of service, and awareness of food and drink among our centre team members.
  • Provide support to our investment programme, including implementing training and development plans.
  • Work closely with our food and drink partners to take ownership of our bar and diner training academies.
  • Take ownership of our food and drink audit processes, ensuring relevance and legal compliance.
  • Monitor and report on activities, costs, and performance to demonstrate return on investment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and audit teams, to support the launch of company food and drink initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a food and drink operational role.
  • High level of commercial awareness with a good understanding of food and drink P&Ls.
  • Experience of leading food and drink projects that span multiple sites.
  • Ability to work with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Target-driven work-ethic, motivated by pace and innovation.
  • Strong initiative and effective time management.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulation.
  • Advanced Food Hygiene certificate, desirable but not essential.
