We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Drink Operational Support Manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of market-leading food and drink sales and profit growth across our centres.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyse food and drink sales and service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing activities to address these.
- Work closely with Regional Support Managers and centre management teams to champion the consistent delivery of good product quality, speed of service, and awareness of food and drink among customers.
- Provide support to our investment programme, including implementing training and development plans, and taking ownership of our bar and diner training academies.
- Ensure the relevance and legal compliance of our food and drink audit processes, and monitor and report on activities, costs, and performance to demonstrate return on investment.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and audit teams, to support the launch of company food and drink initiatives.
- Previous experience working in a food and drink operational role, with a high level of commercial awareness and a good understanding of food and drink P&Ls.
- Experience of leading food and drink projects that span multiple sites, with the ability to work with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- A target-driven work ethic, motivated by pace and innovation, with strong initiative and effective time management.
- A full clean UK driving license, knowledge of food safety regulation, and an Advanced Food Hygiene certificate (desirable but not essential).
- Willingness to travel nationwide and work flexible hours as required.
