National Sales Development Manager

**About the Position:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our sales team at Vertical Advantage. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and developing strong customer relationships in the Discount and Wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and exceed performance targets.
- Manage customer relationships, building trust and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful brand activations and improve market share.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or sales within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of account management principles, including budget management, negotiation, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and ongoing development opportunities.
