Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework, ensuring seamless integration of best practices across our fast-paced, cross-functional business.
  • Create and enforce data usage policies and guidelines, promoting awareness and compliance among our people.
  • Establish processes for applying and enforcing data principles and policies, ensuring systematic procedures for implementation and enforcement mechanisms.
  • Assign and manage data ownership roles, working closely with owners to ensure good data stewardship.
  • Collaborate with data architects to ensure proper documentation of data location, lineage, and relationships.
  • Define and make visible data quality metrics, ensuring these metrics are accessible to all data consumers.
  • Promote ongoing enhancement of governance practices, aligning with industry best practices and regularly reviewing and updating the framework and policies.
