Sales Consultant

Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to launch your sales career? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a talented Trainee Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Rentokil Initial.
As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program. You'll work closely with our experienced sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client surveys and provide tailored proposals for treatment and pricing
- Generate and develop leads through proactive sales efforts and collaboration with colleagues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Meet and exceed set KPIs and targets
Requirements:
- Ambitious and outgoing personality with a strong ability to use initiative
- Background in business development or customer service
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Full valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points
