Café Team Lead

Café managers at OneRetail are responsible for leading teams to deliver exceptional food and customer service in our high street coffee shops. This role requires a minimum of two years of management experience within a similar sector or industry, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate their team, manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans to ensure operational efficiency. They will also be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on delivering impeccable food experiences.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising teams to ensure delivery of exceptional food and customer service.
- Managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans to maintain operational efficiency.
- Communicating regularly with line managers to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Representing OneRetail and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Liaising between customers and internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
