Full-Time Nursery Room Leader Opportunity

Bright Horizons Little DISCoveries Nursery and Preschool in Cambridge seeks a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Nursery Room Leader to join our team.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art nursery setting, with access to 8 age-appropriate rooms, a courtyard garden, and a multi-function room equipped with multimedia technology.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, prior experience as a Room Leader, and a solid understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment for children and staff
  • Liaising with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet individual child needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall management of the nursery
