Key Responsibilities



  • Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with accessing the community and participating in social activities such as play parks, swimming, and outdoor games
  • Encouraging engagement in leisure activities and developing new skills
  • Monitoring and maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Communicating effectively with the individual's family and other professionals involved in their care

Requirements and Qualifications



  • Experience working with individuals with Profound Learning Disabilities
  • Ability to provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently
  • Valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle (essential)

Salary and Benefits


The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £13 per hour, paid weekly (£530 per month, based on 13 hours worked). In addition to this, they will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
