About the Role
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Knowle, Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Developing relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, such as household chores and personal care
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
