Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion across residential, commercial, and renewable energy sectors.

About Us:

Synergi SW Ltd is a trusted and innovative plumbing and heating contractor based in the South West, renowned for exceptional service, sustainability, and technical excellence. As we scale nationally, we require a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  2. Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close sales in line with company objectives.
  3. Maintain, grow & develop our existing marketing streams such as website & social media accounts.
  4. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within plumbing, heating, or construction industries.
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, web design, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads and track sales performance.

Salary and Benefits:
