Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HCPC registered clinical or counselling psychologist to join our Child and Young Persons Pathway at The Chelsea Psychology Clinic.
Job Title: Child & Adolescent Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 pro rata depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a specialist psychology service to clients of The Chelsea Psychology Clinic (TCPC)
- Offer assessment, formulation, and evidence-based intervention for children and young people (CYP) from diverse backgrounds presenting with a range of difficulties as typically seen in primary care settings
- Liaise with the young person's multi-disciplinary team within and external to the clinic
Requirements:
- Experience in working with children and young people over the age of 5, in CAMHS or private mental health settings
- Experience of working with complex presentations and neurodevelopmental conditions
We offer regular supervision, peer groups, team meetings, and quarterly events so you feel connected to a team and have various opportunities for professional development. Our dedicated Assistant Psychologist and billing team will assist with your caseload and communication with clients.
Contract: Permanent (subject to probationary period)
Accountable to: Directors of Clinical Services and Head of Child Pathway
