Job Description

At Trip Group, we're seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Connectivity Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless system connectivity and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and feedback to local teams on system connectivity-related concerns
  • Identify and resolve individual and basic issues, escalating complex cases to regional or global headquarters as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to analyze and troubleshoot integration and operation issues
  • Develop and maintain accurate integration documentation for new integrations, enhancements, and migrations
  • Support pilot and beta processes, serving as a liaison between clients, support, and partners

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and escalate when needed
  • Experience in hotel front desk and/or reservation systems is a plus, particularly knowledge of CRS, PMS, and hotel distribution systems and API languages (XML)
  • Internet savvy
