Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant / Senior Consultant - Real estate consulting to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients, helping our people to realise their potential, and contributing to the creation of a prosperous society.

Our clients rely on us to deliver ambitious and highly technical projects in over 118 offices and 47 countries worldwide. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence and meeting their expectations.

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant - Real estate consulting, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including CDM and H&S consultancy services. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, acting as Principal Designer, and helping clients manage and understand their legal responsibilities in accordance with CDM regulations.

We are looking for a creative thinker with a strong background in construction management, CDM, and H&S. You will have a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and a full UK driving licence. A NEBOSH Diploma Level or equivalent is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services to existing and new clients
  • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer as required
  • Manage all commissions to ensure client expectations and business management system requirements are met
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed
