At Turner & Townsend, we're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Real Estate Consultant. As a key member of our defence construction team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of defence projects in the UK.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative thinker with a strong background in real estate consulting and defence construction. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients, while also driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services to existing and new clients
  • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer as required
  • Manage all commissions to ensure client expectations are met and Turner & Townsend's business management system is effectively discharged
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (Essential)
  • NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent) (Desired)
