Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support, working under the guidance of qualified nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as administering medication, taking vital signs, and maintaining patient records.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in palliative care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- QCF or equivalent Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Care Certificate.
- 6 months Nursing Auxiliary/HCA experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends.
