About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Manager to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the business unit in delivering its annual budget requirement and associated performance targets.

You will lead the technical delivery for each allocated project, working within all relevant policies and procedures. This will involve managing the process of design solutions, allocating resources within delegated authorities, and supporting the achievement of the annual financial budget for the business unit.

As a Senior Development Manager, you will also provide advice and support to Development and Assistant Development Managers, and lead project pre-development and progress meetings to ensure adequate record keeping.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing the design approval process, managing the adoption process, including roads, sewers, and open spaces, and proposing, investigating, reviewing, and making recommendations of innovative design solutions.

You will work closely with the project team to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues, and register with warranty providers. You will also manage the collation of the project Health & Safety File/Operating & Maintenance Manuals/Environmental & Sustainability Management.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Development Manager who can lead our team and deliver results. If you have a strong background in residential development, excellent technical knowledge, and excellent leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical delivery for each allocated project
  • Manage the process of design solutions
