About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Manager to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our annual budget requirements and associated performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and support to Development and Assistant Development Managers.
  • Manage the process of design solutions, ensuring they meet business commercial needs.
  • Support the commercial relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors during the project life cycle.
  • Assess, control, and mitigate risks, implementing Vistry Partnerships' risk policy.
  • Support the project teams to fulfill contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while minimizing costs.
Requirements
  • Construction/design-related HNC/HND/Degree.
  • Relevant CSCS card.
  • Residential development experience.
  • Ability to deliver mixed-tenure regeneration projects on brownfield sites.
  • Management of design consultants.
  • Building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
  • Contract and commercial awareness.
  • Professional aptitude with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Good time management with the ability to multitask.
Desirable
  • Member of Professional Body CIOB/RIBA/RICS.
