About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team based at Hellesdon Hospital in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions in a community setting
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to service users
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and independence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in regular reflective practice sessions, training days, and wellbeing workshops to maintain professional development
