Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to enhance daily functioning and independence.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and provide patients with education on their condition and recovery process.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise and proficiency in various therapeutic techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and patient advocacy.
