About the Role

Baxter is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Team Supervisor to join our team at the Thetford plant. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our line 7 team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize the team's daily work routine to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Monitor and maintain focus on delivery, safety, and quality standards.
  • Record and analyze hourly performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather data and implement process improvements.
  • Manage absence and performance issues within the team.
  • Support the recruitment process and coordinate training activities.
  • Ensure accurate shift reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate support for breakdowns and manage overtime delivery.
  • Support department activities, including change controls, CAPAs, internal audits, and training.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to hold people accountable and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong GMP knowledge and quality delivery skills.
  • Attention to detail and LEAN/6S knowledge.
