Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with debtors to arrange fair and just payment plans or settlements.
  • Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, documenting all collections in compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring timely execution of enforcement orders.

Requirements:

  • Certified Enforcement Agent level 2 qualification (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Valid driving license.
