What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next challenge. As a natural leader with a passion for producing high-quality food, you'll:
- Champion Excellent Service: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service through quality food.
- Lead and Develop a Team: Show a passion for leading and developing a team of skilled chefs.
- Active Hands-on Chef: Be an active, hands-on chef with excellent communication skills.
- Health and Safety: Be responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety protocols.
- Creative Menu Development: Work with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
- Planning and Organisation: Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls on GP and labour.
- Sales and Growth: Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
