We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop your culinary skills through our Sous Chef-Head Chef development programme
  • Take ownership of menu creation and specials, working closely with your Head Chef
  • Participate in our Apprenticeship Scheme, gaining a nationally recognized qualification
  • Attend regular culinary masterclasses and training days to enhance your skills

What We Look For

We are looking for a natural leader with a passion for producing high-quality food in a welcoming environment. As a successful Sous Chef, you will:

  • Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
  • Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team
  • Be an active hands-on chef with excellent communication skills
  • Be responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
  • Work alongside your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Demonstrate great planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls
  • Have a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
