Job Title: HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated HR Support Specialist to oversee the employee lifecycle and provide first-line support. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate on projects, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and reference checks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Update HR databases with relevant information (new hires, terminations, absences)
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure seamless data exchange (absences, bonuses, leave)
  • Process employee requests and prepare necessary HR documentation
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide support with performance management initiatives

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications; an HR degree is highly desirable

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
