About the Role:

Minerva Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced and driven Care Home Manager to oversee daily operations at our luxurious care home in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, with expertise in nursing and care management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional patient care and promote resident well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
  • Leadership and management of staff, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or similar leadership position.
  • Strong clinical background, with expertise in nursing and care management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting resident well-being.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive excellent benefits, including PRP and bonuses based on excess profit.
