Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to fill the position of digital customer service representative at Barclays Bank PLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Role

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and guidance to each customer, giving a personal touch ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client needs and expectations, ensuring seamless interactions and timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Use multiple communication channels to personalise each interaction with a customer, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures, collaborating with and impacting on the work of closely related teams.
  • Check work of colleagues within team to meet internal and stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide specialist advice and support pertaining to own work area.
