As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and services provided, and making recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
- Providing clinical guidance and training to care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care
We are looking for a registered nurse with current PIN on the NMC register, and either a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5. You will also have experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be expected to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if you have any concerns.
