The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, with experience in the healthcare sector being highly advantageous. A solid understanding of building regulations, planning, and construction management is essential, as is technical proficiency and analytical skills. The ability to plan and manage workloads effectively, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software, is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with skilled tradespeople to ensure timely and effective maintenance services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on property-related matters.
  • Ensure business continuity by developing and implementing contingency plans.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve best value and quality standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve common building issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:


  • Relevant trade background or experience in facilities management, surveying, or construction project management.
