Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

Randstad Construction and Property is working with a leading national FM provider to find an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical team in delivering PPM and Reactive maintenance services.
  • Respond promptly to service call requests and assess requirements for repairs.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults associated with PPM or Reactive maintenance.
  • Repair and maintain electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Provide survey reports and costs for additional lifecycle replacement works.
  • Proactively work towards contract growth, focusing on mechanical and electrical systems.
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Parts SVQ 2/3 IN Service & Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
  • Service & Maintenance Apprenticeship or recognised equivalent.
  • Health and Safety Training.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
  • IPAF Operators Licence 3a + 3b.
  • Appointed Mechanical Authorised person.
