Job Title: Care Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and administering medication
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing meals and managing finances
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Work closely with our experienced management team to develop and implement personalized care plans for each client
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to provide the best possible care

Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Right to work in the UK
