As a seasoned e-commerce professional, you will lead the implementation of Base by Linker Cloud, empowering businesses to streamline their operations and drive growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced e-commerce specialist to join our team as an Onboarding and Implementation Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their business performance.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end implementation projects for Base by Linker Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of our platform.

You will craft detailed plans, timelines, and roadmaps for multiple projects, evaluating their success by measuring outcomes against set goals.

To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of the UK e-commerce landscape, experience working with e-commerce retailers and brands, and strong communication and client relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Base by Linker Cloud.
  • Craft detailed plans, timelines, and roadmaps for multiple projects.
  • Evaluate the success of each project by measuring outcomes against set goals.
  • Help clients integrate additional tools to enhance their Base by Linker Cloud experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to the client.
  • Attend key industry events and on-site customer implementations.
