**Role Overview:** The Principal Educator will be responsible for leading and managing a large and diverse school with a strong focus on academic achievement and student well-being.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve educational standards and raise student attainment.
  • Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with parents and other stakeholders to ensure that students receive a high-quality education.

**Requirements:**

  • Able to take on a senior leadership role in a large and complex school setting.
  • Proven experience of driving educational improvement and raising student outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Estimated Salary Range:** £116,240 - £133,350 per annum (inclusive of pay award pending).
