HR Business Partner Lead

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Business Partner Lead, you will provide HR operational support across aligned sectors, partnering closely with Talent Integrators in accounts and acting as a primary integrator to regional employees and managers. You will maintain a deep breadth of HR knowledge of local and regional labor markets, state and local regulations, Enterprise Organization (EO) functions, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) priorities and offerings.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with the HR performance management life cycle or process from start to finish
  • Experience applying HR concepts, principles, laws, regulations, and practices
  • Experience using the Workday HRIS platform and Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with relationship building, networking, and influencing key stakeholders
  • Experience with project management, change management, and program execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in an HR role, or Master's degree and 5+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Knowledge of all foundational HR areas of responsibility
  • Knowledge of European local and state regulations and culture
