The Role:
You will be working as part of our Legal Services team, assisting in the progression of a caseload of non-injury, non-litigated claims for the recovery of uninsured losses following a road traffic accident. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Direct Line Group in the conduct of client matters, utilising our prescribed processes in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing Direct Line Group in the conduct of client matters
- Converting client referrals into customers
- Managing a client's claim as part of a team
- Providing clear and accurate information to clients
- Managing cases effectively to meet team targets and Service Level Agreements
- Ensuring incoming post is reviewed daily and responded to promptly
- Referring clients to Customer Liaison Injury
- Reporting potential conflicts, complaints, and acts of negligence to a team leader
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Experience working in a legal environment or claims handling
- Previous experience of RTA claims and good road awareness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Consistent record of achieving targets
