Administrative Professional for IFA Business

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our Altrincham-based IFA business. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, managing pipelines, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Ensure all business is recorded and chased through to completion, collaborating with advisers, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Client File Maintenance: Maintain client files according to company guidelines and standards, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
- Case Preparation: Prepare cases for paraplanning, verifying that all necessary information is readily available, and resolving any outstanding queries in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist the business as required with various duties, including client meetings, enquiry handling, and task completion.
