Job Title: Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Location: Headquarters, Glasgow, UK

Department: CEO & Executive Team

Reports To: Dave Weir

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly passionate and dedicated individual to support our CEO and Executive Team during a maternity cover period. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our headquarters and supporting the team in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team
  2. Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
  3. Coordinate meetings, events, and projects
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly adaptable and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
