Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, meetings, and projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist with diary and inbox management, making travel arrangements, and creating documents.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties, including financial and legal documents.
  • Organize and prepare for Shareholder and Board meetings.
  • Perform general ad hoc duties, including occasional catering requirements.
  • Collate and gather expenses, working closely with the finance team.
  • Work closely with the Executive Team to manage meetings and diaries.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in supporting at a similar level.
  • Expert time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience liaising across departments.
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • A formal education and undergraduate/graduate degrees are a plus.
