Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Grid Manager to join our team at UK Networks Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the grid connection process with DNOs and IDNOs. With your expertise in designing LV and HV electricity networks, you will analyze and optimize our network infrastructure to meet the growing demands of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient LV and HV electricity networks using WINDEBUT, IPSA, and other design tools.
  • Analyze and optimize existing network infrastructure for improved performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of new projects.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical distribution network design.
  • Expertise in using electricity design software tools (WinDebut, IPSA, ELEK Cable HV, ELEK Safe Grid, AutoCAD).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
