About the Role

As a Grid Connections Manager at UK Networks Services, you will play a critical role in integrating large-scale PV, wind, CHP, and EHV grids with our customers' electrification needs. You will manage the connection offer process, provide hands-on support to customers, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong technical and mathematical background, able to communicate effectively with senior management and customers. Your ability to self-start and work without direct supervision, structure your work, record keep, and support company certification will be essential in this role.

The successful candidate will have a significant experience within a DNO or IDNO connections team, with detailed knowledge of connections processes and associated standards. They will also have expertise in using design software tools, such as WINDEBUT, IPSA, and other equivalents.

We offer a comprehensive package, including a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a company van, fuel card, enhanced employer's contribution pension scheme, death in service benefit policy, and professional registration fees paid annually. Additionally, you will receive 25 days of annual leave, on-site parking, and opportunities for training and development.
