Customer Service Department Lead

A leading global brand in Bracknell is seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Department Lead to manage their customer service offering on an interim basis. This role is ideal for someone with extensive customer service experience and knowledge of credit and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and building upon strong relationships with retailers and colleagues to be the 'Lender of Choice'.
- Promoting a culture of integrity, leading by example and encouraging best practice to ensure excellent retailer relationships.
- Motivating and managing the team to deliver exceptional service excellence and maintain retailer relationships.
- Delivering service to retailers in line with Consumer Duty rules and ensuring the right outcomes for customers.
- Managing the credit assessment and activation work queues to meet SLAs and delivering regular reporting through first-line QA.
- Developing and assessing the team through the appraisal process, setting SMART goals and objectives.
- Organising resources to cover all work shift patterns and supporting the Customer Department Manager as required.
About £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
