Job Role Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining and decorating the site, ensuring environmental conditions are met, and providing support to the Priory Group Division.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and decorating the site, including grounds upkeep.
  • Identifying and reporting damages, faults, and other related issues to the line manager in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with contractors and providing knowledge of all units for planned and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and following established processes.
  • Providing support to the team and contributing to the success of the Priory Group Division.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in building and grounds maintenance.
  • A valid full clean driving licence.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills.
  • Expected to complete various training and development opportunities.
