Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare delicious food to the highest standards, meeting quality and presentation expectations.
  • Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable food and customer service standards.
  • Communicate regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets, ensuring seamless operation of catering services.
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image, fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Liaise between customers and culinary and service teams to exceed expectations and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone excels in their role.
  • Implement and review processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include opportunities for career progression, comprehensive training, and a positive work environment.
