Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive our growth in the quantum dot industry. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, building customer relationships, and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
You will work closely with production teams and administrative staff to understand customer needs and provide technical and commercial support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Sales Cycle: Drive the sales process from initial leads to final invoice, including quoting and order processing for our quantum dot product lines.
- Build Customer Relationships: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Digital Marketing: Implement strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Network Management: Manage existing distributor networks to expand our reach.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain internal reporting and forecasting for business operations and executive teams.
- Customer Acquisition: Expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and provide insights for future product development.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with administrative teams to improve processes and tools as needed.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Experience in sales of semiconductor materials is preferred.
- Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
