Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Pilot EMS Team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and research new customers that fit our customer profile.
  • Qualify self-generated outbound leads and inbound marketing leads.
  • Utilize a CRM to nurture a pipeline of prospects and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Book appointments and hand over new business opportunities to our account management team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cold calling experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with potential customers.
  • Confidence in speaking to new potential customers on the telephone.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
  • Responsibility, conscientiousness, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
