About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying business opportunities and providing accurate forecasting of pipeline sales
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts through consultative sales methods
  • Provide support to the team leader as and where required, including coaching and developing other team members and contributing to product development
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £26k, with incentives to increase to £32k within 12-15 months based on performance and achieving targets
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in the office per week following successful training

Requirements
  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably in a tele sales environment
  • Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and proactive sales team environment
