About the Role

The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire and motivate students, while also providing valuable on-the-job experience. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with experienced teachers to enhance student learning and develop your own teaching skills.

This role involves supporting pupil learning, managing behaviour, and creating a positive learning environment. You'll be responsible for providing 1:1 and small group support under the direct supervision of teaching staff, as well as assisting with independent learning and providing feedback to teachers.

As part of our team, you'll have access to unrivalled career development opportunities and an excellent salary of £22,000 - £24,500 per annum (term time only).

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for teaching and working with young people
  • A Maths degree (2:2 or above)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to relate well to pupils and adults
  • Confidence, self-assuredness, and a keen desire to develop as a professional
