Product Development Lead

**About the Role**
We are currently recruiting for a Product Development Lead to join our Smart Infrastructure division at Siemens Mobility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating product development, establishing technical solutions and ensuring adherence. This includes strong focus on customer requirements, breaking them down to user stories and tasks which form the basis for development activities in Teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Execution of Product Ownership including planning all activities regarding product, system and team structure, use of resources, development steps according to PLM process, results verification, quality planning, and risk estimates.
- Establishing the product creation team.
- Requirements Engineering: Managing the product backlog, breaking down opportunities to features and user stories supported by experts.
- Managing defects for the area.
**Interface to Teams**
- Setting overall sprint goal.
- Defining sprint backlog together with Team and getting an agreement about the results to be obtained.
- Planning sprint in alignment with other Product Owners and experts.
- Explaining opportunities and requirements to Teams.
- Synchronizing Teams.
**Requirements**
- You will have a University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- Management experience in a development environment, either in a management role or as a technical lead in development.
