Opportunity Overview
As a Residential Support Professional with Total Care Recruitment, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people in care. Our client provides individualized therapeutic residential services in Northern Ireland, aiming to employ experienced and passionate staff to support vulnerable children and youth.

About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves working with children and youth using person-centered approaches and trauma-informed practice to achieve positive outcomes. You will collaborate with children's services, health agencies, and community-based services to provide effective support for children, youth, and families. In this role, you will take responsibility for complex cases and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe practice and service. The successful candidate will also apply safeguarding and child protection procedures.

Essential Criteria
To be considered for this position, applicants must hold NISCC Registration and be willing to undergo an Enhanced Access NI Check. A full clean driving license with business insurance is also required. Applicants should possess either NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a relevant equivalent qualification, plus six months of relevant experience, or HNC/HND in a relevant subject, or a relevant equivalent qualification, plus one year of relevant experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to complete an Enhanced Access NI application. Total Care Recruitment adheres to the Access NI Code of Practice and the Rehabilitation of Offenders Order (NI) 1979 (amended 2014).

Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
